We care about our employees, and we want them to know it. We are the
first company in the state to offer a Health Savings Account, where
employees keep any money they don’t spend on medical bills. We are also
the first to own and operate an in-house state-certified childcare
program. And we offer many more benefits, like a company-matched
retirement account, stock options and personal leave time, to name a few.

Medical Insurance / Health Savings Account
PrintingForLess.com pays 60% of the total costs for BlueCross BlueShield medical
insurance and a Health Savings Account for employees and their families.
Long Term Disability
Full time employees are eligible for employer paid LTD coverage. The policy can pay up to 60% of your pre-disability income once you are disabled for 180 days.
Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance
Full time employees receive a basic term life insurance policy of $15,000 paid for by Printingforless.com.
Supplemental Benefits
PrintingForLess.com offers the option for full time employees to choose supplemental benefits such as vision, dental, accident, disability, cancer, hospitalization and life insurance
401K Retirement Plan
PrintingForLess.com presently pays the cost of administration of a 401K
Retirement Plan to assist all regular full-time employees with saving for
their retirement future. The Plan includes provisions for normal retirement
at age 65, and early retirement or disability retirement benefits for
employees meeting the qualifications. The Company currently matches employee
contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 4% of your annual cash compensation.
Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis and are immediately vested.
Stock Program
Employees have the option to purchase shares of PFL private stock not available to the public.
Holidays
PrintingForLess.com gives regular, full-time employees seven paid holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (First Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
Vacation
First year (10 days)
Fourth year (14 days)
Sixth year (18 days)
Personal Leave Time
Regular, full-time employees are allowed paid time-off for unexpected
emergencies such as illness, bereavement, or time off to care for family.
Five days per year. Calculated quarterly, PLT cannot be taken in advance
of accruing it.
Childcare
PrintingForLess.com owns and operates a state licensed childcare program
for children of employees so the children have a clean, safe,
comfortable, loving, home-like environment to play and learn. The number
of childcare staff and the state license square footage requirements
determines availability of slots. PrintingForLess.com subsidizes the
cost of daycare, which is $3 an hour per child. Hours of operation
are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. |
